At Novuria, our commitment is to provide high-quality digital products with immediate access. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not provided, except in the following cases:

  • A verified technical error that prevents access to the purchased product.
  • Duplicate payment due to a system or customer error.
  • An issue attributable to our platform that prevents the delivery of the product.

In any of these cases, the customer must notify our support team within a maximum of 7 business days after the purchase by writing to: ventas@novuria.com.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined here.
